There is some good news here. As inefficient as our government is I bet the rest of the world's governments are even worse. Anyone who has ever served ( 8 years active myself) knows that the military is a bloated mess. But I don't think the Russians or Chinese are better. What's really bad is the VA. Obamacare is nothing more than the VA and we all are stuck with it- for now.

Me too - could we get one of the female members of the forum to start a "woman owned business" and bid on the contract to do the destruction, one round at a time, and put some of us out of work old timers with bad hearing to work?
