The above link is to a New York Times story that points to Camp Stanley in Boerne, Texas as the "Midwest Depot"
site run by the CIA. This site is allegedly the site where the CIA stockpiles weapons which are parcelled out to
parties which the CIA has determined need weapons.
In July 2013, the US Army sought to purchase 2 million rounds of AK-47 ammo, with a delivery address of Camp
Stanley.
