Joe Garcia a Florida Democratic Representative is quoted in an interview as saying "Communism works", but he unknowingly makes a point about gun control.
He points to El Paso as being one of the safest cities in the country. While Juarez across the border in Mexico is one of the most dangerous cities in the Americas.
Hmm one allows almost unrestricted private ownership of guns and licensed concealed carry. Where as the other makes guns completely illegal.
