"Processing Application" Question

I received my PIN today, and checked the status of my application and right under the 'Processing Application' notice, it said this:

"For assistance in completing the information required, please contact DPS at 1-800-224-5744 or email at chl@txdps.state.tx.us
For technical assistance please call 1-877-452-9060 "

Is this always there? or are they actually asking me for clarifying information? Is this just a standard blurb?
Should I be worried?
