Not sure of all the details, but I will look it up as it took place a couple of days ago. The county involved, San Patricio, is the county I live in. Went there three days a week back when I was playing golf, but now just go when having business at the court house.
Local news reports were that the BG had had a terrible couple of days, and decided for suicide by cop. He got his wish.
Hell, we have some decent bridges around here, and lots of deep channels. If you have to, take yourself out, don't make some LEO do it.

If the 2nd admendment only applies to muskets and muzzle-loaders, then the 1st admentment must apply only to the spoken or printed word. Printing must be done on hand presses, news stories must be written in longhand, no keyboards or electric processes may be used.

I wonder if some of these "suicide by cop" people think they're getting around their religious prohibition of committing suicide because someone else pulled the trigger, thus exonerating them from the sin of suicide so they still get to go to heaven?
What I guess is they think getting someone else to pull the trigger isn't committing suicide, but sorry, it's still committing suicide...fail, go straight to hades.
