IRS freezes her assets by mistake a second time. Right before she was leaving for her Thanksgiving holiday. "Tough when you can't buy gas for your car."

Obama's approval rating is higher than Bush's at this same time in office.

So when are they going to freeze Al Sharpton's accounts?
Right after Holder is indicted.

Yes, really.

Here is a Gallup comparison of Obama's approval rating, and that of GW Bush, during the second December of their reelection:

Obama, Dec. 15-21, 2014, 45%
GW Bush, Dec. 2006, 37%

These numbers show the dates of the poll results.

You're right; I'm wrong.

Obama is seeing a pretty wide spread, though: Real Clear Politics' sampling of 13 different polls shows a range from 37% to 48%. Some speculation on Obama's rise in approval rating over the past several weeks is that it's based largely on economic indicators driven by the plummeting price of retail gas.

Agreed, Skiprr. but I suspect his immigration move plays a role in generating these new numbers.

Speaking of the plummeting price of retail gas, resulting, of course, from the plummeting cost of raw petroleum, there are many down in this part of the world predicting recessions in two places: Russia and Texas. Funny and sad, at the same time.
