Who does recoil pad replacements in Houston

I am looking for someone to replace my recoil pad on my CZ Redhead deluxe shotgun. I have searched and no one makes a pre-fit pad for this gun so I have to do a "Grind to fit" pad. I have watched many videos on how to do it but I am not going o take the chance doing it myself, beside I don't own a belt/disc sander.
It's got to be done right. Any help would be great.

Any place that does shotgun fitting should have the ability to replace a recoil pad.

Thanks for the info, I took it to Briley they did a great job. While checking in I did get to see the B guns there all the way up to $12,000.00. just some fine o/u shotguns
