Prayers for Nephew

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Prayers for Nephew

Post by Keith B »

Just got word my nephew was involved in a really bad auto accident in Missouri and has been airlifted to the regional trauma center. No details at this time, but apparently pretty serious injuries.

Please pray for him, and also the family as they travel to the trauma center 75 miles away to be with him.

Prayers answered. He is apparently doing OK. The reason they airlifted him was because he was in the backseat of the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected during the crash. When he was ejected he apparently struck the other vehicle, so they were very concerned about internal or spinal injuries. He was totally checked out and they are releasing him to go home! :hurry: He's gonna be sore, but that is minor compared to how bad it could have been!!

Please continue prayers for his friend and the friends girlfriend who are still being checked out and apparently have more serious injuries.

I was at a meeting this evening Keith and just saw your thread. I'm glad he's okay.

A little more update. Has a pretty good scrape on his nose, and bruising on his vertebrae, so meds and follow-up with a specialist is coming, but overall doing well.

Thanks again for all the prayers!!
