Received PIN in 19 days

Took the class on June 23, mailed on the 25th and received PIN on July 13. Does this mean i might receive CHL faster than expected?

I don't know but I sure hope I have the same response on my PIN as you did.I mailed mine a week after you did yours. If I don't get mine as quick as you did yours I am going to holler discrimination.....it would be obvious that DPS discriminates against fat, balding, middle age men. :lol:
