I hate DailyMail.co.uk. They take every opportunity to present anything gun-related in the US as a negative.

I hate that we are interested in anything that affects firearms, so in our natural curiosity we click through and thereby provide revenue to a company that is definitely hostile to our interests.

Of course, it seems like every large media company is "hostile to our interests" and there really aren't any good choices.

Here is an alternative view of the same story from FoxNews: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/05/10/2- ... oner-says/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The racist mindset of the current administration has in effect signaled it's open season on all police; especially, white police. The liberal, left wing media, here and abroad, are fanning the flames because sensational bad news not only promotes their anti-gun agenda, it sells ink and air time.

:iagree: ; however, I'm really starting to have a hard time with these various ethnic identifier labels. One is either an American citizen or one ain't. Am I just too old school? :grumble

:iagree: ; yes, and how many generations does it take to become just plain old American? My family has been in the US for so long that I have no identification with any previous national roots, and some of the nations that my family came from don't even exist any more.

I like your way of thinking.
I must be old school too.

Condolences to their family, friends, and brothers.
If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you carry a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?
