This made the news a few weeks ago, due to its horror. A well off family of three plus their house keeper were tied up and tortured over night until $40,000 in cash was delivered to the home from one of their business' (obviously someone at the business was totally stupid). After receiving the cash at the home, the criminals murdered the family and set the house on fire to cover up their crime. They left in the man's Porsche, it was found abandoned and burning miles away.
The break in the case came, when they tested an uneaten crust of a pizza the thugs (soon to be a banned word) ordered when they got hungry from the torturing and had some delivered. The pizza crust had dna on it which matched dna apparently in the crime dna database. Excellent police work.
The criminals are in hiding somewhere in the US.
This occurred in the safe, crime and gun free Washington DC.

Suspect was arrested, he was traveling with some other people in a car and a box truck.
US Marshall's seemed to have real good intel on his travels since the crime.
The little boy who was killed may have been tortured.
The suspects attorney was on Fox News last night saying that his former client was a really nice guy.
Always a sign your a nice guy when your accused of a horrific crime and you already have a former defense attorney.
