Sen Estes also says he wants to keep the bill "clean" with no amendments. Good. So the next guy up says "I respect that" but I am going to offer a bunch of amendments anyway.

Respecting his request and agreeing and complying are completely different. None of these will be accepted, just let him have his moment because as Estes said, it's his right to offer amendments.

Let's see how long it goes before they start rushing him through them.

Per senate rules it is his "right" to offer amendments, but as Sen Estes pointed out, they already hashed through all this a few weeks ago.
