That's what it sounds like to me. We have seen all day how easy they can burn off two and a half hours, unless there is some trick up a sleeve that stops it all but, I don't think so.

Rep. Fletcher stated that we still couldn't carry in hospitals and churches under this law. He must have forgotten that they need to post 30.06 signs though...

yeh, he said something like, you can't carry your chl in a bar, hospital or church, blah, blah, blah....it was buried in his rant, but since it's a major pet peeve of mine I tend to catch it.
