CHL license

Post by harrycallahan »

Does anyone think DPS will rename the program or license and if so to what?
I like to keep this handy... for close encounters.

I don't think they will. No real need to.

I hope they will just refer to it as "Carry Handgun License" although that's poor in terms of grammar. However, they have a lot invested in "CHL" so it might save some money. No, I'm not worried about the Forum name, although that is going to change as part of the new initiative I've been talking about lately. I'll keep the domain name and it will point to the same site, but the name will be something else.

If you gotta keep CHL, maybe Comprehensive Handgun License?

I like the "Comprehensive" part for CHL. What popped into my mind while reading the thread was "Certified". Sort of like saying "Certified Good Guy"

'Conditional' Handgun License would work too but doesn't have the same ring to it...lol
