Open Carry License Procedures
I'm probably a little ahead, but what are the procedures for attaining an open carry license. I do already have a CHL. Thanks!

You don't need to do a thing. Your CHL is all you will need.

There is no open carry license by itself. In order to legally open carry a handgun, you must already have a CHL. That covers licensed open carry.
