I was headed to Houston the other morning. On the way out of Magnolia I noticed trash flying around up ahead. It was flying out of the back of a big Ford dually pickup. It flew out for miles. In Pinehurst where SH249 starts the guy really took off. I was exceeding the speed limit and he was pulling away. I caught up to him later on in Tomball. He had big signs on both sides of the truck that said: CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSE INSTRUCTOR with a phone #. I wonder if he got any calls? Maybe after the Renaissance Festival is over they will send out the chaingang and clean up the ditches.
It was sad, but I laughed anyway.
