Application status
My G/F submitted her application and all other required documents over 3 weeks ago. Went to check her status and still says "you have a pending application." Just for kicks I went to check my status and I've had my CHL for over 2yrs and mine also said I have a pending application. Although I could change my address and other information. Anyone else have this problem?
2/26-Mailed paper app and packet.
5/20-Plastic in hand.

That's all you will get these days. Where are you seeing it say you have a pending application? I just logged in and it says:
Is it possible you missed "If", which I highlighted in red?CHL APPLICATION STATUS: If you have a pending CHL application, please allow sufficient time for processing. If you have not already done so, please submit all of the items listed on the checklist you received. DPS will notify you by mail if further information or additional documents are required.

When I applied it gave you a the status check of the entire process, I thought they still did this. Explain why mine is pending when I've had my CHL for over 2yrs.
