Dandrae's criminal record includes charges for domestic violence, aggravated assault, criminal damage...
Funny how the DA's are letting criminals like this out on the street and the CA gun laws insure that ONLY criminals are carrying firearms/machineguns.

You gotta love AWR Hawkins:
Sacramento Bee: California’s 107 Gun Controls Do Not Stop Mass Shootings
On April 4, 2022, the Sacramento Bee published a column that noted that California has “107 different gun-control laws,” all of which have failed to stop committed attackers from opening fire on innocents in the state.
...A question that remained unasked by the authors of the Bee column: What if California is teaching open-minded observers that gun control actually empowers criminals?

They were all thugs with violent offenses who were released by the commie run system there. Here’s another one.
But hey, let’s get more boots on the necks of law abiding citizens trying to exercise their Rights. Yea, that’ll help! Bunch of idiots.

As Anti-Gun Pols Exploit Sacramento Mayhem, Case Takes Twists
Smiley “will be booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun,” a police news release said... Police recovered one stolen handgun at the crime scene... that handgun “has now been inspected and found to have been converted to a weapon capable of automatic gunfire.”
So you have a felon can not legally purchase a firearm...who has a stolen handgun... who illegally converted it to a machine-gun.... And I am certain a local DA who wasted the opportunity lock up these criminals before they did this crime.

Hours before Sunday’s attack, Martin had posted a live Facebook video of himself brandishing a handgun, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.
They know that the local authorities wouldn't lift finger to stop them.

It’s all about keeping guns away from honest law abiding citizens so that only criminals and the State have guns.

The man who shot at the ABC TV station for firing that late night tv host for four days, who also had threatening things written in his house towards high ranking Trump administration official, was released immediately on bail by CA.
He was later arrested by the FBI because he was within 1000 feet of a school and he attempted to disrupt a TV station, both federal offenses. He faces 5 years in prison. I suspect he will not be released on bond.
5 years in federal prison, is as much time as a guy here in Houston just got for shooting at a pickup truck that was just driving by and murdering a little 9 year old little girl riding in the truck.
Got to sometimes just love those federal laws and federal sentencing.

Until they come after you for violating one of the 10's of thousands of federal laws and regulations.
