ONE girl Complained?

I can't believe that all those good folks caved in because ONE girl complained, that's really weak, I amagine that most of the stuff she chatters about has nutin to do with God. All those people who wanted, and enjoyed your class should have just continued on, she had no leverage to use against you. That's the Problem nowdays, one person say they are offended, or don't like something, and everybody goes running to hide for their lives.
How about what YOU want?, she had no right to complain, if all in that class complained against her, she would coward down, outnumbered. Stand your ground man. I can't stand Political Correctness, but I think this is just a case of some nosey women wanting to push someone around.
I took my Daughter to a Church in Abilene, Tx, never went back. This old goody goody walked up to me and actually told me that Wearing Bluejeans wasn't appropriate attire for church, so, I told her exactly what I thought, interrupted a lot of conversations around me, but, I believe that if you talk crap to me, your gonna get it returned.
There are a lot of people in these churches who feel they are better than everyone else.

Take Care

+++++++++++++++++++++++
THis activity was canceled because someone complained that "that's not appropriate for church". So to appease this lovey dovey girl (It was said "some girl" complained...whether that was true or some wimpy sunday school teacher made the call I don't know) There is a lot of political correctness and pandering to not step on any toes at this church. And guess what, this is one of the largest Southern Baptist Churches in the south. No it's not some CBF liberal church. It's Second Baptist Houston.

Anyone care to write a letter to them? I would but am paranoid that if I start raising a stink as an employee that a search of my truck in the parking garage would be next.

Beware the hornets nest you stir. Could lose what little we do have. With the views this orgnazation has, I dont think that it would go in our favor. especially after the H.E.B. fiasco. :banghead:

Umm.....I'm almost afraid to ask because that's the one store I go to when I'm in Katy, but what's the H.E.B fiasco?

Don't worry, this is not H.E.B super markets. ;-)

H.E.B. referred to in this case is an issue where a nurse that worked at Harris Methodist Hospital in H.E.B (Hurst-Euless-Bedford) carried against employers policy and possibly against a proper written notice. These hospitals owned by Texas Health Resources are now posting proper 30.06 sign at their locations.

Don't worry MBguy. You are not the first to make that mistake. I just get use to calling it HEB cause saying "Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital of Hurst Euless and Bedford" gets kind long winded. As far as I know the HEB supermarkets are still good.

Thanks for clarifying Keith.
