I LOVED IT!

It is so obvious the anti was speaking from emotion, fear, and ignorance.

You did great Charles!

If you go to the KRLD podcast website http://www.krld.com/pages/2872.php you can listen to Charles. It's located halfway down on the Center column titled Debate Over Concealed Carry On Campus.

Thanks for posting the link, I wasn't able to hear it live.

I think you rattled her cage Charles! She was all over the place.

Charles beat her up pretty bad, I wonder if she will ever have the nerve to try to argue this in public again, she really sounded like a fool, I felt sorry for her until I woke up and understood what she was trying to do to us.

Outstanding job... A calm and reasoned articulation vs ignorance and emotion.

Well, you know, there is fact and there is fiction. Charles presents good solid facts and does it well. When I want some good fiction reading, I go to http://www.bradycampaign.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I still think it is funny, the gal speaking for the Brady's, her name was Marsha. All I could think of when she spoke was 'Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!'

Nicely done Charles. I was disappointed that it didn't last longer to really give you a chance to get going.

As always, you were courteous, professional, well-spoken and prepared. :txflag:

Nicely done, Charles.

It's too bad you didn't have time to catch her up on her big lie. Most of the faculty at West Point, and some of the students, can carry concealed (or openly for that matter) off campus. NYS Penal Law provides an exemption from the necessity for a pistol permit to military officers, so when she shrilled that even at West Point they couldn't carry guns off campus, it was purely a lie, meant to incite I am sure, and I have written to her about it. (Not that I expect a reply, she rarely does these days.)

It was also very interesting to note that every time she was asked to respond to one of your points, she went off on a tangent.
