Cotton on KRLD radio/Internet Tonight

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

Scott Braddock of KRLD radio has asked me to appear on his radio program, KRLD Nightly News Roundup this evening. His program runs from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on 1080 AM and you can also hear it on http://www.krld.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; by clicking on the "Listen Now" button. I think I'll be on from 7:10pm to 7:30pm. The topic is going to be campus-carry and he will also have a lady from the Brady Bunch so we can "debate."

I've done numerous interviews with Scott over the years, both when he was in Houston with KTRH radio and since he moved to Dallas. He has always been very fair and honest and never engaged in any "creative editing" to make it sound like I said something I didn't.

If you have the chance to listen either or the radio or by Internet, please do. I told Scott I was going to let my "forum family" know about the show.

Will there be transcripts/recordings available for download? I don't know that I'll be around a computer at that time.

the law of unintended consequences: We end up crashing the KRLD website, which somehow crashes the whole radio station, meaning no one gets to hear the good message.

I'll def. be tuning in.

I'll be listening and will let my son, who lives in the area, know about the broadcast. I know that your abilities and the truth will make the Brady broad look foolish. Thanks for championing the cause. :txflag:

Great Job!!! Charles you did an excellent job! It was too bad that the program was cut short due to the UT basketball game.

P.S. I thought you would sound taller! :biggrinjester:

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. Thomas Jefferson

I got it recorded. Had one small 2-3 second drop-out when my application stopped. At least it was when Masha 'Brady' was speaking, so we didn't miss anything important that was said. ) I will post it here if we get permission to do so. :thumbs2:
