Not really. There is no debate that speed limits are artificially contrived, and not based on actual safe speed studies of the road in question.gigag04 wrote:Wow...is there really debate here?
If you're talking about fatalities, then it's common sense that, all other things being equal, a crash at high speed is more likely to result in a fatality than a crash at low speed. Very rarely are all other things equal.
