Also it seems that I remember in my chl class that it IS illegal to carry in a church(but our instructor said he carries at church). Is it also illegal to carry on church grounds? :banghead:
How long ago was your class? Churches are no different than a gas station or clothes store as far as CHL is concerned. They need to strike the language out as it just confuses people.

Ask the daycare employees if they get paid by the school, if their "teachers" also teach any classes at the school, and whether or not the entity that pays them is in any way related to or owned by the school. The last one would be "more gray" and still not certain, but if any YES answers, carry would be not-advisable. IMO.
