Interesting Sunday morning in Temple

started rainin here, the street riots musta been postponed.

As my grandfather would say, it is "spittin" here right now. Now quite raining, but pretty close. I bet it will be in 30 minutes or so.

Monday update: Heavy water restrictions (no watering grass, washing cars, etc) and still have to boil water.

Doesn't seem to be causing any major trouble for anyone, but still annoying.
