There is no such thing as a conservative dictatorship. If you're referring to right wing, that's an invention of the communists/socialists to redefine conservatives and smear them with the deeds of dictators. Conservatives are people who believe in the rights of man and view governments as a necessary evil, to be tolerated but never empowered above what is absolutely necessary.

South American dictatorships have never been "right wing" except in the eyes of those who lust for the day when they too can kill everyone that disagrees with them.
