This part stuck out to me:

"The treaty requires importing countries to provide information to exporters, and "such measures may include end use or end user documentation." "

If end user documentation means buyers personal info, then I see a scenario where I buy an imported gun and then I"m in a foriegn country database as a gun owner. Now I travel to that country and I'm flagged on entry as a person to watch. That may be a stretch but I don't like it anyway.

It doesn't surprise me he signed this under the cover of the Obamacare debate. We are having to fight on many fronts at the moment.
