If it was my wifes sister I wouldn't mind she was good looking! I asked my wife when she got home if her sisters ghost came on to me if that was cheating. She sighed rolled her eyes and said she guessed not.
I will be making my own silver bullets I suppose. Do they have to be fired from a revolver though? Seems like that is always the case.
The cat was under the bed. I did just get a new phone but the blue tooth was off.
Selina- it is funny you mention stuff like that. I personally have never been involved in much of anything like that. It must be more of a girl thing because my wife and I lost a child a while ago. Shortly afterwards my wife started seeing what she was calling "red birds" more and more. After a few times mentioning it to me, we were driving home and we both saw one plain as day practically on our car. I told her yeah that is a male cardinal. Well my wife decided to look them up and learn more about them. They have some kind of supposed connection to after life. My wife still swears to this day she has never seen many of them and the first time she saw one she got this really strange comforting feeling.
anyone have a direct line to Bill Murray and the Ghost Busters?

For the past three years we've had a male Cardinal (I've no clue if it's the same one or a whole slew of them) peck at our windows.
He goes from window to window.
He starts as soon as it's light and works hard all day pecking at our windows.
I assumed it was because he sees his reflection and it a bird territorial thing..., but now with all Twilit Zone music in this thread, maybe he's trying to tell us something...?

If he's been trying to tell you something for the last three years, you just aren't listening.

Is he the Cardinal of the Kremlin?

We have 2 TV's that will come on whenever there is an emergency alert such as severe storm warnings.

I came to work this morning and my boss was complaining about a bird that is pecking on his office window.

Yesterday my phone turned on by itself for an Amber Alert.
I have since turned off the "feature".

We have birds doing this at our house now. A bluebird doing it on the utility room window and a barn swallow doing it to the dining room window. Freaky.

It was especially bad since the wife isn't a fan and I had the volume cranked while she was gone. I should have tried a paranormal activity defense to the unkind words I was hearing since waking my wife at 4 AM is potentially fatal. Adding heavy metal just made it worse, oops......
Said stereo has been retired, I make sure that when the metal is done I leave the system to something quieter. But then there was the night I was stopped during the 3rd movement of Shostakovich Sym. 8..........
BTW, "Born to Raise Heck" isn't the title of the song.
Same here.....have had it happen more than once due to low batteries.

I gotta tell you, if I said that to my wife, I think I would have a much bigger problem than the TV coming on by itself!
Anyway, while I do believe in spirits, RF (radio frequencies) is more likely the culprit. It is possible, if you live in an apartment or have a close neighbor, they could have the same TV set you do or a universal remote and turned you TV on when they turned theirs on. If it becomes a frequent issue, try putting a piece of tape over the remote sensor on your set and see if it stops.
