I'm working on loading all the videos up on Google. I'll probably get all the pics up on photobucket, though.

LOL, I'm open for insult, ridicule and slander. I can take twice what I dish out......!!!! It's all in good fun. Now, if he starts beating my reloads with that revolver of his, I'm gonna have to get serious!!

I am going to bring my ESR gun tomorrow night. There's 1/2 sec of my reloads right there.

Trigger job is in the works. Pistol goes out tomorrow for a complete action job with adjustable over-travel, rset and pre-travel to boot. It's also getting the Dawson front sight put in. After all this, I'm thinking a range trip might be in order. Maybe I can make it over to Johnson county and break it in right. Have to see how long the turn around is.
HV, what are you shootin for ESR? Didn't you shoot SSR at State?
Wildscar is gonna be the one to watch. He's pretty accurate with that 92FS of his. Now that he's going to be using a Comp-tac holster, he'll be working that draw time form concealment.
Oh, and match results are up on

I just wanna know who's gonna smoke that kid Donnie Burton at the next match!
Seriously, it's a shame the PDF results file at idpa.com doesn't include subcategories for the shooters like the CCIDPA site does. I understand Donnie is 18, from Ohio, and is a semi-sponsored shooter...his dad won't let him "turn pro" until he finishes college, but supposedly he gets some perks like free ammo.
Donnie was shooter number 108 and took Division Champion in ESP with a time of 160.39 (raw time 149.89)...which was a whopping 30 seconds better than the next-best MA shooter in ESP, and was top score overall, coming in about seven seconds faster than Houston's own Gordon Carrell (who's one of the best shooters I've actually watched in person; Gordon beat Donnie's raw time by 8/100 of a second, but had 30 points down to Donnie's 15).
That's pretty impressive stuff for a kid who'd still have to wait three years to take the CHL class in most states. When he does, I put my money on him to do well in the shooting portion of the class...

He was amazing to watch. He took a really hard fall on one of the stages...shook it off and shot an amazing match.
Watching guys like Gordon and Steve shoot at that level is a lot of fun!

Yeah, that was stage 1, the one my brother and I were SO'n. Wow, he hit hard, but he kept his muzzle within the 180 zone, finger off the trigger, just like he was supposed to.

Yup, that was on our stage. We got him stopped, had him reload and reset and when he came back, the first thing he said was "I'll back it off a little this time"
