You're only seeing the Nighttime Activities. Myself, and Lots of other people hit them up for lunch or early afternoon food. I can tell you, that the lunchtime rush, in which the place is pretty packed, has _very little_ alcohol drinking involved, since most people are going back to work. I don't go there to drink, or have the bar-like atmosphere, so I go earlier before that all starts. This. Most wing places, while having the option to sell alcohol and might even have massive alcohol sales at night, will still have most of their profit come from the food itself.
