A federal employee criminally charged while performing work related job duties (whether Constitutional or not) will result in the case being removed to the federal court.

See 28 U.S.C. Section 1442 http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/28/1442.html and Idaho v. Huriuchi http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-9th-circuit/1430138.html For civil penalties under the second bill, I believe the feds (DOJ) would defend (FTCA).

With all the "TSA feeling up some kid" videos on YouTube, I'm surprised it hasn't already started. I certainly can't condone such things, but the prosecution probably wouldn't want me on the jury. (Though, for that matter, I don't know who they would want. Childless authoritarians? I dunno.)

Same. I won't outright support it, and I sure as hell won't be doing it myself, but I really can't see myself feeling too bad for some pervert reaping the consequences of his actions, or wanting to see the conviction of a father defending his family from sexual assault.
