Saw this on a Facebook page. Is this all legit? If so, it's an eyebrow-raiser....

The picture is from a Phelan appointment in 2023. Current chairman is Bryan Hughes.
But yes, he has been appointed speaker pro tempore.

The senate website does not list him as a committee member although the article says he's been appointed. Maybe it hasn't caught up yet.
