NEW monthly IDPA match in Houston area

Impact Zone IDPA will start having a monthly match the THIRD SUNDAY of each month STARTING IN NOV. The match will start at 12 noon, allowing people to go to church, etc before spending a great day discharging their weapons in a safe and efficent manner.

Phil and I look forward to seeing you there. Expect interesting CoF and good use of the props (bus, car, swingers, movers, etc)

This is huge! (And supports my opinion that the Greater Houston Area is the center of IDPA in Texas, but that's another topic. )

I moved into a new role at my job earlier this year, and have been going nuts because--three out of five weeks...or more--I've had to go into work on Saturdays. I even had to leave the Texas CHL Forum Day at PSC a couple of hours early to go to the office. And I have zero chance of making weekday evening shoots; I generally don't leave work until 7:00 or later.

For people like me, having that Sunday option once a month is wonderful. I won't have time to do my morning church service, but I'll have time to get home, clean up, and make the evening service.

Most kids sports are on Saturdays also. I think the Sunday afternoon is a great idea!
