My "Wally Walk!"

Post by rb4browns »

Well, the CHL card came in the mail Saturday. Now since I am an orthodox Jew I can't do a proper Wally walk - nachos at Wal-Mart aren't kosher. But I did take my S&W 642 out today in it's Bob Mika pocket holster (without a doubt the best $20 I have spend in a long time - if he charged twice that it would be worth it). My wife and I went to babys-r-us to shop for my little native Texan due next week. I am happy to report after 3 laps around the store and a depleted mastercard, it was a succesful outing and mama and baby-to-be felt very safe and extra protected knowing daddy was not only willing but able to protect them. Thanks everyone and good luck to those still waiting!
I wasn't born in Texas but I got here as soon as I could!

Now THAT is one heck of a post! Congratulations on your walk, and double congrats on your Texan-to-be. The best thing you can give to that child (besides the sound protection you already referred to) is a birth in Texas!
