10/21. Obviously it wont get picked up until monday (tomorrow) but it should be in the DPS mailbox on Tuesday.

I wasnt in a big hurry since I have carried on my utah permit since I moved here in February, but I wanted to get a local permit too just to make things smoother in case anything ever happened.

Anyway, my wifes permit and mine are on their way now. Hopefully we get plastic back soon.
