need help with equipment

So I need a good carry flashlight. I dont not care for the sure light just becasue I will drop it and I know the bulb will break... any suggestion on LED lights or whatever?

And I currently carry a small spyderco knive, but want a new one any suggestion on that front?

I like Columbia River for knives. They aren't the absolute best, but they are a great value knife.
