Finally got it

Post by ScubaSigGuy »

After months of collecting primers and brass in preparation of getting into reloading after the wedding, I finally took delivery of an Xl650. I now have everything I need (I think) except for a case tumbler and media separator.

I am sure that I will be posting here asking some slightly annoying reloading questions while I figure this thing out, so please bear with me.

Soon I hope to be making some of those low-recoil "powder puff" IDPA loads like HighVelocity and AgeRanger.:

One of the best sources you have for the 650 is Dillon. I have not called them recently but in the past the person that answered my call knew their product and was able to answer my questions without consulting anyone. They would take all the time needed to resolve my questions and I never felt like I was being rushed with an answer just so they could take another call.

Congrats on the 650 :cheers2:

Don't ever hesitate to ask a question about reloading. Some mighty fine reloaders on this board. When it comes to rolling your own, it only takes a small miscue to lead to large problems. Never guess, and allways verify.

How many reloading books you got? How many recipes have you downloaded?

Have fun and take your time.
