WHIDPA Multigun Match Announcement (9 February)

Post by Bob Wolff »

OK gang, the monthly WHIDPA MultiGun match is this Saturday. (9 February)

Conditions should be great.
First rounds downrange at 0900, AT the ImpactZone

Phil will be acting as Match Director, as I am still recovering from knee surgery.

Prepare for:

Challenging and threat rich environments for rifle, shotgun, and pistol.
After talking to Phil...........Expect to see
A scenario involving a new sunroof in the van
and may other ideas he has been thinking about for a month
Be afraid...be very afraid.......... just joking should be a great match

Minimum, but I would suggest more......
150 rounds rifle
20 rounds of shot
15 slug
25 pistol

A FEW RULE CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR
Must score 6 points to neutralize, .308 or larger, 5 points to neutralize
NO pistol optics and magazines must "fit the gun"
9 rounds max shotgun capcity (tube + chamber)
Supreme poobah of all things Multi-Gun at WHIDPA
now, Bionic BOB
NO matter how responsible he seems,
NEVER give your gun to a monkey.

Bob, what's the knee surgery? Are you Bionic or did you just get Lawrence Taylor's used parts?

No hand me downs for me, collected enough aluminum and copper to get all new parts :)
Bionic yes but lowtwch, no batteries required.

Right knee was in need of an update.

suggestion for those of you that are tired of Bob doing so well with that long gun. Place an industrial magnet on a rope near the shooting postion on those kneeling or prone shots, and just as he is getting ready to break the shot, pull the rope. It should move that bionic knee at least enough to unstabilize the shot <g> For those that are tired of his devious scenarios, one can always tie the rope to the hitch of the car and give him a few laps around the range.

(always cheat, always win) <g>
