Plastic in Hand

Post by nedmoore »

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :patriot: :cheers2:
The mailman delivered my license today. Application was received by DPS 1/24, no additional info. was needed.
Here is my revised "Wally Walk":
I was going to carry my XD 40 sub which I plan to make my daily carry, but I said what the heck let's celebrate! I tucked my new Springfield full size 1911 into my new tucker "the answer" IWB holster and headed out. I went to the Leslie's pools to have my pool water checked, then to the grocery store, and ended up at Cafe Express to order takeout-no it was not posted. And then went home.

For all of you guys still waiting hang in there, I know it is tough but eventually it will happen. I might stop by this room from time to time, LOL.

No Wal-mart for me! I am not sure that I am up to date on all of my vaccinations. I had some crackers at Cafe Express while waiting on take out. I did drop some frozen food at the grocery store a couple of times.

I haven't bought ammo or weapons in Walmart for years, but after seeing this http://www.texasshooting.com/TexasCHL_F ... 23&t=15214 I sure won't be doing a Wally walk. Maybe I will bring my own nachos to Academy and do my stroll there. Academy has cooler stuff to look at anyway.
