Took the Wally Walk, but no pictures were taken. I'll redo it and get some pics.
The plastic received was the Utah permit, not the Texas one. I've been waiting on some documentation to send off the Texas one and received it last week, so the Texas application was taken to the Post Office on 4/25.
So, can I pull up a chair here even though I have my Utah license and am legal?
