
Express mail application?

Express mail application?
I express mailed my application and now the post office says they attempted to deliver with no luck try again? Before returning to me. Did i mess up using Express mail?

The letter will not get opened for about 3-10 days, so express delivery is a bit of a waste.

I am surprised that the postal service had problems getting your application to DPS. That's a standard drop and they have a mail room which accepts mail (or at least that was the case last summer when I sent mine).
I liked express mail (I hope we're talking about the same ~$16.00 USPS mailing option) because I could track its progress online, even to the point of getting a copy of the accepting signature emailed to me.
