Change of Address

I recently moved with my family, and within two days I submitted the change of address form and the $25.00 fee for my CHL. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received anything. I called yesterday and they said that they had received it, but that it had not been processed, nor did he know when it would be processed. I'm just concerned that I might get in trouble for not changing my address within the 30 days. I mean I did submit the paperwork within 2 days, but I really have no proof. So my questions are: how long does it normally take for this to be processed, and should I be concerned about the wrong address on my current CHL.
