Wow.

Well, heck, investigate it!

Either way it's win-win. If it proves to be a waste of time, take the money required for the investigation out of some earmark she wants, or something her constituents can yell at her about. Also, it makes her look like the ignoramus she is.

If it IS true, then someone's hide needs tanning. (it's not true. Come on.)

I'm probably the last person on this forum that would jump to discredit a conspiracy theory, but that woman is a loon. :roll:

I stand to be corrected, but is she still in office??? I thought she got tossed...

I am not sure I could stand there and not say something to her about how full of it she really is...

I guess some people just love to hear themselves speak...No matter if they speak the truth or not, and no matter what disclaimer they tag onto their statements...

She's currently the Green Party candidate for President.

Nope. It's 5,000. Government is very efficient that way. 5,368 would have caused a whole bunch of extra paperwork. So, even if it was 5,368, the paperwork says 5,000. End of story.
