Newbie here

Post by Blitzcraig »

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum. Not a CHL holder yet but my wife and I have signed up for a class. I live in Aggieland and I'm 40 something. I've been shooting off and on for 30 years, mostly off since my kids were born (15 yrs or so). I was quite a gun enthusiast in the 80's (seems like the golden years for guns nowadays).

I've been lurking here for a few weeks looking for information. Great forum, there seems to be an enormous amount of knowledge and resources here. I'm a member of a couple of other forums (not gun related) that don't have quite the rule structure of this forum so I will do my best to maintain the high standard set forth here (I've read all the rules). I was going to continue lurking but felt a responsibilty to join the forum, mainly because I have some questions to ask that I can't find answers to in the Search feature.

Regards,
Craig Knight

A very hardy welcome aboard sir. Ask away & we will see what we can help with. We dont have all the answers but I think most of them can be answered by someone on the board.

Really glad to have you. :tiphat:

Welcome Craig,

By all means do not "lurk", your participation here is needed and wanted.

If you have questions, ask away.

Thank you for taking the time to read the forum rules.
Spartans ask not how many, but where!
