Comp-Tac Displays Great Customer Service Again.

Post by Wildscar »

Just got off the phone with Comp-Tac. Last weekend my double mag pouch cracked just above the front clip. I called and spoke with Erna. There was no wait time on the phone either. I got an RMA and sent it in. Today I got a call and they are going to replace it. This defiantly one of the better company's to deal with. All of their stuff is great and the service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great gear.

:iagree: I hesitate to put all my Comp-Tac stuff together in one pile becasue I'll stop and realize how much money I've spent with them over the past few years. ;-)

About 10 months of regular carry use and IDPA matches.
