Some media acceptance of surveillance... Finally

Post by kirock7 »

This sad story includes another example of citizens using video surveillance for security... but this time no one suspects them of anything nefarious or evil... and unfortunately this time the story has a sad ending (at least for now).

I'm so tired of people prejudging folks and assuming their neighbors must be up to something if they have video cameras installed on their property. :reddevil
This story (for a change) doesn't put the home owners in a suspicious light. Finally... but sadly some reality.

On the side... we sure hope they find this perp and we really hope the dogs make it home. I can empathize with this story deeply because we have a pack o' three that are our kids. Would I shoot if someone was stealing my dogs? I might. :fire
I don't know... depends on my mental state at the time. Interesting question though. :headscratch

The guy wires cameras for the police... and we all know that means it's ok. Just like it's fine for the Police to have guns.

I have to point out that the cameras didn't save the dogs.
