Robbery in broad daylight

Post by preacher »

A homeowner in Little Cypress caught two men taking air conditioner coils from his garage around 1:45 pm today. The homeowner confronted the two men at gunpoint while he called LE and held them until LE arrived to arrest them. MIghty bold to rob someone in broad daylight. Little Cypress is a typically rural area, but even at that it's rather risky to rob a house if you don't know whether the homeowner is home...and armed.

Well....they were either very brave, or very stupid. I think the latter theory pretty well explains the situation.

They probably know the law and decided to do it in the daytime because they knew they would be shot for sure if they did it in the nighttime.........

Good job of the owner not killing them......... :txflag:
