should i call?
so last week i sent in my new set of prints thru reg. mail... i was wondering if i should give them a call to verify that they recieved them and if they were accepted....my online status has always been processing even after recieving new print cards. another question i have is how do i know when my background check is complete?
may 23- class
may 26- sent app
june 1- check cashed
july 6- pin recieved in mail
july 11- recieved new print cards
july 13- new prints taken electronically
july 14- new prints mailed
august 31- emailed dps
september 3- Application Completed
september 10- plastic in hand
may 26- sent app

It takes 3-4 weeks before then even know if the prints went through or not. and they don't start the backgrounds until the prints go through. I would wait at least 3 weeks from when you think they received them in the mail.
