Normally this kind of story is good for a chuckle, but the guy had a concealed weapon permit. Should have known better.

I know of a similar incident here in Houston. Shooter was about to mount the throne of solitude and as he tells it, the firearm (a Glock 21) fell to the floor, discharging on impact. This sent a round (FMJ) through his leg, destroying said throne and/or an expensive piece of art work depending on which version of the story you've heard.
