Sorry, I tried to "figure it out" but I just can't wrap my logical brain around this one.
Why did he only get probation, I know it's a plea but ...please! They were unarmed and with a child and shot in the head.
How would someone jump to the conclusion that the baby may have been abducted if the 2 alleged perps were making a scene in public and drawing attention to themselves? What a non-justification that is.
I'm the last person to sue but I'd sue that agency too although suing the jewelry store is typical and silly.
If the guy had a chl this would be one of those surreal times when maybe the security officer could be shot in self defense. Sad stuff.
