WA: Two men hit with the same bullet, hospitalized

Spokane, Washington:

Two men remain hospitalized after being struck by the same bullet in an accidental shooting Sunday evening.

The men were taking the gun apart at a home in the 5700 block of North Ash Street when it discharged about 7 p.m., according to Spokane police.

The bullet struck one man in the pelvis and the other in the hand, said Officer Jennifer DeRuwe.

The men, who are in their 30s, are expected to survive.
